International Shipping
Canada: Stud Measure™ is now shipping to Canada! Because the goods originate in the United States, they qualify under the USMCA (United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement). So although the base Canadian tariff and duty rate becomes: 0%
At this time, Stud Measure™ is not shipping to other countries (besides Canada) outside of the United States - due to Tariffs, and external taxes and duties for numerous countries. These make our product way too expensive for our great customers. Our apologies.
U.S. Shipping
Studmeasure.shop strives to ship all orders out within three days. Sometimes same day. Receiving times vary, but usually within 4 days. We do not ship on weekends or Holidays.
Shipping Policy Addendum
Order Delivery & Tracking
All orders that are shipped with USPS, UPS or FedeX include tracking. Once an order has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier, StudMeasure.shop considers the package successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Because we do not control the package after it is delivered, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders that USPS confirms as delivered, including situations where the customer reports that the package was not received.
If Your Tracking Shows “Delivered” but You Didn’t Get Your Package
If USPS shows the order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please try the following steps:

Check around the delivery area
(porch, mailbox, between doors, behind planters, garage, etc.) -
Ask household members or neighbors
Packages are often received by someone else or placed in a shared area. -
Check with your local post office
Provide your tracking number. Sometimes packages are scanned early or held for pickup. -
Confirm the shipping address entered at checkout
Orders are shipped exactly as entered by the customer.
If USPS cannot locate the package after investigation, you may file a Missing Mail Claim directly with USPS. We are unable to file or approve claims on your behalf.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of checkout.
StudMeasure.shop is not responsible for packages lost or mis-delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
FAQ: Delivery Issues
Q: USPS says “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive my package. What can I do?
Please follow the steps listed above, then contact your local USPS office for resolution. Once USPS shows a package as delivered, we cannot issue refunds or replacements.
Q: Can you resend my order if the carrier delivered it to the wrong place?
If USPS confirms mis-delivery on their end, you may file a claim with them. We cannot replace or refund orders when USPS tracking shows “Delivered” to the address provided.
Q: Can you contact USPS for me?
We recommend customers contact their local post office directly, as they can verify delivery GPS scans and assist faster.
